Photo Essay - June/July Trip to Sudan

My photo journey of my trip to Malakal and Kajo Keji....

John Monychol and Ding Lual - two incredibly faithful men in the Upper Nile. Monychol’s faith humbles me greatly. Would keep working on bringing the Gospel to a place where there is no clean water? Where the living conditions took your firstborn’s life? He does. “The world is not worthy of these...”

John Elmore shows a photo to Mary. Earlier in this meeting, Mary was delivered from a demon, professed faith in Christ and is currently sober after years of alcohol abuse. That’s Holly Lungren beside her. Holly’s working with the women this summer in Kajo Keji.

The recovery group meeting. Alcoholics, brewers, and fellow broken people...so beautiful to behold the redeeming power of Christ.
